जब कोई बच्चा जन्म लेता है तो वो कस्टमर बन जाता है आज हम सब कस्टमर है lजब आप को कोई प्रोडक्ट खरीदना होता है तो आप किसी दुकानदार से लेते है ,पर बिल नही लेते इससे आप देश का नुकसान करते है और इस बात की कोई गारंटी नही है जो प्रोडक्ट आप ने बिना बिल के लिया है वो शुद्ध हो या डुप्लीकेट हो
आप जो पैसा प्रोडक्ट लेने में खर्च करते है उससे भी आप पैसा कमा सकते है l
आइये सबसे पहले ये जानते है आप जो पैसा खर्च करते है वो जाता कहा है ?
जब कोई कंपनी प्रोडक्ट बनती है तो तो उसका एक मूल्य होता है मन लीजिये 100 रुपए है l
फिर उस प्रोडक्ट की जानकारी लोगो तक पहुचने के लिए उसका प्रचार करते है किसी सेलिब्रिटी के द्वारा टीवी पे जिससे 50 रुपए उस प्रोडक्ट के दाम में और जुड़ गए फिर कंपनी उस प्रोडक्ट को एजेंसी को देती है एजेंसी का 10 रुपए उस प्रोडक्ट पे और जुड़ गया फिर प्रोडक्ट एजेंसी से C N F को देती है यहाँ भी 10 रुपए और जुड़ गए और फिर प्रोडक्ट डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर को देते है यहाँ भी 10 रुपए प्रोडक्ट में जुड़ गए फिर प्रोडक्ट होलसेलर के पास देते है यहाँ भी 10 रुपए जुड़ गए फिर प्रोडक्ट रिटेलर दुकानदार के पास जाता है यहाँ भी 10 रुपए जुड़ गए l
आइये जानते है 100 रुपए में बना प्रोडक्ट आप को कितने में मिलता है l
कंपनी 100 रुपए + प्रचार 50 रुपए +एजेंसी 10 रूपए+C N F 10 रुपए +डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर 10 रुपए+होलसेलर 10 रुपए+दुकानदार 10 रुपेय अब प्रोडक्ट का दाम 200 रुपए हुआ जो आप को मिलता है l
इस तरह आप जो प्रोडक्ट लेते है वो महगा होता है ,मिलावटी होता है ,डुप्लीकेट होता है क्युकी आप बिल नही लेते , कंपनी से 100 पैकेट निकला सर्सो तेल मार्किट में 1000 पैकेट हो जाता है
जरा सोचे हर कंपनी का सर्सो तेल अलग अलग दाम का क्यों है ?
जरा सोचे आप जो मेहनत से कमाते है अपने बच्चो के लिए वो पैसा उन लोगो के पास जा रहा है जिनके बच्चे विदेशो में पड़ रहे है ये लोग वो है जो मिलावट करते है , जो बिल नही देतें , जो डुप्लीकेट प्रोडक्ट बनाते है l
अब हम आप को ये बताने जा रहे है आप जो पैसा प्रोडक्ट लेने में खर्च करेंगे उससे आप पैसा कमायगे l
इसे direct selleing methode कहते है इस व्यवस्था में कंपनी डायरेक्ट आप को प्रोडक्ट देती है बिल के साथ और जिम्मेदारी लेती है अगर प्रोडक्ट में कोई कम्प्लेन हो तो 30 दिन में वापिस कर दे इस तरह आप को प्रोडक्ट सस्त्ता अच्छा और बिल मिलता है और हमारे देश को टैक्स जाता है और साथ में आप के bank account में पैसा आता है l
इस व्यवस्था में कोई रजिस्ट्रेशन शुल्क नही है जो व्यक्ति पहले से इस व्यवस्था में है वो introduser होता है नए व्यक्ति का l इस तरह से लोग consumer बनते है और दूसरे को consumer बनाते है रजिस्ट्रेशन होने के बाद आप को प्रोडक्ट 15% डिस्काउंट पे मिलता है और आप के द्वारा इस व्यवस्ता में लाय गए व्यक्तिऒ के खरीद पे आप को 10% से लेकर 32% तक मिलता है
आप को करना क्या है ? शिर्फ़ दुकान बदलना है जो प्रोडक्ट आप को लेना है वो इस व्यवस्था से खरीदे, कंपनी का pickup point पुरे भारत में है

Definitions :-
The following words used in Marketing Plan shall have the meaning as defined as under;
a. Business Volume (B.V.) :
It is the value of a product on which the Sales Incentive is calculated. It can be seen on company’s website. The B.V. of product may be equivalent to selling price or different as may be declared by the company from time to time. Business Volume can also be changed from time to time by the company.
b. Main leg (Group) and other leg / Legs (Group)
The leg (Group) with highest Business Volume is called main leg (Group) of Direct Seller. All the legs (Group) other than main leg (Group) are called other leg/legs (Group). Main leg (Group) may be different in different months.
c. Calculation of Sales Incentive on Difference Basis
Net Sales Incentive of a Direct Seller is calculated by deducting Sales Incentive of downline group from Sales Incentive of total group. This can be termed as calculation on difference basis. The Sales Incentive relates to the Direct Seller who becomes disqualified for any reason for Sales Incentive, shall not be excluded for calculate of Sales Incentive payable to other Direct Sellers on difference basis.
d. Proposer
Direct Seller who promote new person to become Direct Seller in his/her group
termed as a Proposer.
e. Sponsor
Just immediate upline of new applicant termed as a sponsor.Calculation of
Sales Incentive is calculated on a fixed percentage of business volume of the purchase made by direct sellers and their groups on differential basis as follows:
Up to 32% of B.V. as Performance Bonus on difference basis
Up to 8% of B.V. as Royalty Bonus on difference basis
Up to 5% of B.V. as Technical Bonus on difference basis
Up to 8% of B.V. as Royalty Bonus on difference basis

Note :
1. Technical Bonus will be given to only those Direct Sellers whose
minimum purchase of RCM Products is equivalent to 1500 B.V. in related month or
they can fulfil this minimum purchase requirement within next 30 days from the end
of the relevant month.
2. Technical Bonus will be calculated on difference basis by deducting Technical
Bonus of downline from total Technical Bonus of main leg (group).
3. Technical Bonus will be calculated on monthly basis.
4. To entitle for achieving Technical Bonus, one has to get 8% Royalty for consecutive 3
months.
5. When B.V. of any other leg (group) except main leg (group) is 5,00,000 or more, it is called second leg and if B.V. of other leg/legs (other than main and second leg) is 5,00,000 or more, then he/she will get Technical Bonus on second leg (group) also as per the slab applicable.
1. Except abnormal reasons calculation of Sales Incentive shall be completed within 40 days from the last day of the month, for which Sales Incentive is to be calculated.
2. The amount of Sales Incentive will be remitted within in 90 days from the date of calculation of the Sales Incentive. Sales Incentive below Rs. 500 shall be remitted once within one year from the date of first accrual of Sales Incentive.
3. Payment of Sales Incentive shall be made by anyone mode of Banking System (NEFT/RTGS/INTER BANKING TRANSFER). For this, it is mandatory to give correct bank account number and IFSC detail by Direct Seller.
4. If Direct Seller does not receive payment due to non compliance of rules of Direct Selling by Direct Seller or by any other reason created by Direct Seller, then complete responsibility for delay/ non payment will be of Direct Seller
5. If any defect is found in any of the RCM Products purchased, then the same can be returned/ exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase. The returned product must be supported with Bill of purchase and such product should not be damaged from any angle. The purchaser should ensure that condition of the product should be similar to the condition which was prevailed at the time of purchases.
